Scouts

The 9th Belfast (East) Scout Group encourages the physical, spiritual and mental development of young people with a modern programme of fun, games, crafts and life-skills. We provide indoor and outdoor activities and adventurous opportunities. With a varied choice of skills badges and challenging projects we provide many experiences to give all our members a chance to develop their own talents and potential.

Meeting times and age groups are:

  • Squirrels – Wednesday 6.30 – 7.30 pm Ages 4 – 6
  • Beavers – Tuesday 6.30 – 7.45 pm  Ages 6 – 8
  • Cubs – Tuesday 6.30 – 7.45 pm  Ages 8 – 10 1/2
  • Scouts – Tuesday 7.30 – 9.00 pm  Ages 101/2 – 141/2
  • Explorer Scouts (Boys & Girls) – Tuesday 7.30 – 9.00 pm  Ages 141/2 – 18
  • Sunday 21 October 2018

    Rev Robin Waugh will lead the Girls’ Brigade Enrolment service at 11.00 am and Sammy Stanfield will be the preacher at the evening service at 7.00 pm. We give a warm welcome to anyone wanting to visit our church and spend time in fellowship with us. Please make yourself known to the minister or door steward.

    Bible Study

    The mid-week Bible Study meets in The Taylor at 7.30 pm on Wednesday evenings. The current topic is the book of Galatians.

    Men’s Breakfast

    The next Men’s Breakfast will be on Saturday 20 October at 9.00 am in Orchard Cafe. All men welcome!
